Old Business:

Road and Bridge Items: Randy Atkin talked about raising of CR 275 and he said that it needs to be engineered. He does not have the ability to design and address construction costs—it will be like building a levee. It appears that FEMA may pay for it, but is it what we need to do.  There was a discussion and it was stated that this may be a slippery slope that we should avoid.

New BRO Project, CR 531:  Steve Shultz reported that County should get the DBE information by Wednesday.

Plan for County Roads:  Not discussed.

Luebbering Law Suit: Trial dates are set for Nov. 6-9, 2017 in Union, MO.

New Business:

County Commissioners will meet at 2 PM on June 22, 2017 to approve time sheets.

Departmental Reports:

Budget Amendment Hearing scheduled for June 29, 2017 at 9:30 AM.  He is not giving us much time to understand the amendments.  Both Commissioners Glavin and Presiding Commissioner Dudenhoeffer commented negatively that is standard practice for Patrick.  Presiding Commissioner Dudenhoeffer said even the numbers on the front summary pages do not match.
